Here she is..my prototype of "Miss Maggie" using my own felt and fabric..I loved knitting her little caplet..glad I made a sample first..the next one I make will be so much easier..isn't she sweet?
Tammy from T's Daily Treasures told me you were making one of these. I ordered the kit and just received it and cut out my pieces last night hoping to do some stitching today. (BTW I'm www.farmgirlsam.blogspot.com) I LOVE yours! So cute!!!! Isn't she just precious? You did a great job! Looks just like AP's! I love your little eyelet on the bottom of the dress. I can't wait to make a bunch of these...boys too. Did you see where she's come up with a knitted hoodie with slits for the ears to pop through....too cute! I'll be getting that pattern! I told her...she's got a winner and there's no end to the possibilities. I want to get little things to go with her....are those little mini fabric boxes next to yours? What a great idea! Maybe a house? LOL! I don't even have her stitched up yet! I better get going and go do that! I'll follow you and see what else you do with her. I'm so glad Tammy mentioned you. TTYL!
Dear Dagmar This is the most gorgeous rabbit (for Claire)?? I HAVE to get one to make for Jessie too... I've been over to Posie but she has sold out but will re-stock soon - phew... thank goodness!!! You know the feeling when 'you've just got to have it'!! Thank you so much for sharing. Will email you - life is frantic at the mo! Shane ♥
So very lovely! That was smart to test out the pattern first. I was so nervous cutting my Maggie pieces out. The dress especially was a close shave. I got a piece of fabric with the selvedge so there wasn't any wiggle room. Love your fabric choices!
