Finally, 2 days of sunshine...

The week has started out sunny and

even reasonably warm.

The trees finally have some leaves on them and

the flowers in their pots are growing.

It feels so good to be outside.

Picnic Time...

We are so lucky to live in the Okanagan..there has been quite a few public beaches set aside for picnics, boat launching as well as swimming beaches for public use. We found another one on Canada Day to enjoy our picnic..do you have a favorite spot to take off and just enjoy your day?

High Water

The water in Nelson at Cindy and Tim's place is the highest it has been for nearly 30 years..I wondered how Cindy had gotten this photo? had she walked on water, did she row her boat out..nay nay I say...look at the bottom photos..a crafty solution was found...they usually have sand passed the 3rd wharf......the good news is the water went down by an inch!
