Picnic pictures

Jim and Cookie just waiting to eat after the rain stopped.
We are here at "Everly"
a Forestry campsite on the west side of Okanagan Lake.

Found feather. Photo taken for Christa.

Jim drove the convertible and when it wasn't drizzling, it was pretty warm...as you can tell with the sunshine on the water...
We were at the dog beach at Fintry Provincal Park.

A happy Cookster enjoying the breeze.
Wishing a Happy Birthday today, to my
Ya Ya Shannon
& my nephew Matt, who gets married in 2 weeks.

"If you sit down at set of sun
and count the acts that you have done,
and counting find one self-denying deed,
one word that eased the heart of him who heard,
one glance most kind that fell like sunshine where it went--
then you may count that day well spent."

Yes! Thoroughly enjoyed catching up with the "northern" adventures of Dagmar, Jim, Cookie and family and friends. Beautiful pictures as always Dagmar (even if you don't know where those lilacs are) ;O)
Days have been flying by too quickly and I haven't enjoyed peaceful interludes at Studio D. Have missed them. Hope to see you soon. Many Blessings!
