1 cup blueberry
1 cup mint sprig
2 cups of sugar
¼ cups of lemon juice
2 cups of hot water
6 cups of cold water
In pitcher combine sugar, blueberries, mint sprigs and hot water and then set until sugar is dissolved. Add the lemon juice and muddle all ingredients through a silver strainer until blueberries look like mush. Add cold water then serve over ice garnish with a mint sprig.

Oh my this looks lovely! Just what was needed yesterday here in the sunny hot Okanagan. Enjoying time with my parents...back home tomorrow. We have been doing lots and visiting with my Aunt. Today we will work in the yard again..a bit cooler.
