When you get record tempatures here in the Okanagan, you are grateful for the lake, the cool evening breezes and an air conditioned home.
Go outside early to cut some flowers, make some lemonade, sit back and relax...this is what summertime is all about.

Okay, now THAT sounds wonderful! You are lucky to have a lake near by. I just dart out, water the flowers, set some pots of water out for the furry friends, seeds for the birds and make sure the birdbath is topped up.
Then I run inside for some iced tea in the AC'd house.... ;)
