It is easy to eat well here in Panama.
The ocean is full of fresh fish.
The markets are full of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Pineapples, watermelons, bananas and papayas by the truck load,
literally in a truck on the side of the road.
Of course, you can always indulge at the pool
with the best papa frits and a
virgin (or not) piña colada!
