This was good, easy to make,
flavourful and with just a few ingredients,
supper was on the table.
I used 6 eggs, fresh spinach sautéed, drained and cut up.
I didn't add the onion and I added 1/2 tomatoe.
It was all good.
That looks really tasty. Looks easy too. I would use the onion & probably some garlic too! Those tomatoes look delicious.Is PAM a type of oil?
