This is the second day that the smoke has filled our valley.
It continues to come up from
the fires in the US.
Even the sun is unable to shine thru
this smoke.
I feel so sad for all these very exhausted
firefighters.
The people that have lost their homes,
the animals hurt or displaced.
We are safe here, we just need wind and
rain to help us out.
Unfortunately, there does not seem to be any
rain in sight.

That's so sad Dagmar. It's such a beautiful valley but at least you are safe. Hope it settles soon. As you say it's so sad for the people so badly affected by this. It must affect you too, can you go out or is it unsafe?
It reminds me of the smog they used to get in London before they got rid of the pollution.
