I have made " No Knead Bread" before.

I never thought to bake it in a Dutch Oven.

What a difference it makes.

This recipe is based on "My Bread" book by Jim Lahey.

Frosso had made one last week while

in Nova Scotia, loved it and

sent me photos and the recipe.

It was a hit in our kitchen.

My second loaf.

You do need time, but other than that, it does all the work on its own.

I used this recipe for my second loaf

That looks good. Not sure whether my stewing dish is a Dutch oven but it may be. Worth a try as it does look good.
