Damnoen Saduak Floating Market

It was a wonderful way to spend the day.

We took public transit which is fast, inexpensive, clean and efficient.

This market was about 100 Km's out of the city,

it is probably the best known and largest floating market.

It defiantly was commercialized, but was great to see.

The sights, smells, sounds and variety of food,

fruit, fish, giftware was quite astonishing.

We had a great time with Stu and and Cindy,

a very happy coincidence that they were going

there the same day as were and knew

the transit system routes.

Here are a few of the photos I took today.

Somewhere along the way, my camera eat the only ones

I had of the temples we visited.
