Thailand is known for its wonderful food.
I am trying to eat lots of different
food I have never tasted before.
Each day when we are out for lunch or supper,
I try and find something new.
Let me tell you, it's not a hardship.
As Jim doesn't do seafood or fish, this is a wonderful
holiday for both of us.
There is so much variety both our palates tummies are easily satisfied.

Hello dear Dagmar
I love Thai food and have been cooking some lately myself.
Your photos are making my mouth water, particularly the first one and the last.
What is the salad dish and what is the rice mound with the mang on the last pic?
Have you been to Vietnam? I'm enjoying their food too - quite similar to Thai.
Hugs

Hello Dagmar,
These plates all look delicious, especially the summer rolls and the salad in the first photo. So fresh and light. I'm fond of seafood, too. Enjoy!
It all looks so good! I've always loved Thai food but to actually be there and taste the local food....how lucky you are!

Oh my I would love it there. Never been to Thailand maybe I should think about it. Those dishes look fabulous.
I love seafood & fish but I don't eat meat. Thai Green curries are high on my list!
The food looks so delicious and colourful. Lovely presentation too.
