The island tour was really quite wonderful,
stopping off at all the interesting parts of Koh Samui.
Granted, they were the places that
most tourists get to see, but since it was our first time here
we wanted to see the highlights.
There were quite a few.
Here are some of the photos that made it to my top 10 list.
After a really great bus ride, a long drag of our luggage along the
Lomprayah Catamaran pier,
a 6 hour high speed Catamaran ride through terribly rough weather and high seas, 3/4 of all the people on the boat were sea sick, (thankfully we weren't sick )
we finally arrived 11 hours after we left Hua Hin.
After a good nights sleep, wonderful breakfast on the beach we went to check out Koh Samui.
We are staying here at Sea Breeze Lamai Beach. Here are a few of the photos I took..unfortunately the swells were so high, the windows were awash with waves the entire trip. So only a very few photos of the islands along the way.
You can see how rough the sea was, there were waves hitting the windows so we were unable to look out.
Finally, heading into Koh Tao, then into more rough seas
on to Koh Samui.
