Yesterday I had a few minutes to stop in at one of my favorite thrift shops...the first place
I always head to is the knitting and crocheted items..
I am always finding such great little gifts
of unfinished crochet inside these balls of thread..a gift left behind for me to discover.
The best part...the handwritten instructions on how
complete the tablecloth!

Oh the treasures you find ... it is definitely a special gift ... I can well imagine the countless hours this woman spent creating this tablecloth ... and how wonderful that someone in her family was wise enough to include it in the ball of thread ... for someone like you to cherish it's value ... have fun with it ... !!! xoxox
You are so right! These often have little surprises tucked in. How thoughtful of the lady who wasn't able to finish the project, huh?
