My new MacBrook Pro arrived and tomorrow I am going for my first lesson..I loved my old HP PC...but time to forge a new relationship with my new baby!

Birds..

When we got back here to AZ..I thought this vase looked familiar..I had one in BC as well..two of the same yet different..I love these old vases and pleased to say my collection is growing! I think they are so charming❤

Back in AZ..

Sunny and warm..sunrise light filtering thru the trees in the garden! Water in the fountain is bringing the birds in for a drink..a wonderful space to enjoy our morning coffee.

Bryce Canyon

I think a couple of these pictures says it all...Spectacular! Around every new turn for 18 miles is a breathless view..the highest point with an altitude of 9,115' really takes your breathe away as you are hiking or even walking around..what a lovely, warm, sunny, amazing day!

Going to Bryce Canyon National Park

Heading to Bryce Canyon today..hopefully the weather will be grand and I will be able to post some of my own photos!


Thousands of delicately carved spires rise in brilliant color from the amphitheaters of Bryce Canyon National Park. Millions of years of wind, water and geologic mayhem have shaped and etched the pink cliffs at Bryce, which isn't actually a canyon but the eastern slope of the Paunsaguant Plateau.

Granville Island Market...

It was a wonderful afternoon checking out the flowers and the food at the Granville Market..it never disappoints! There was sun shine again yesterday here in Vancouver...is there a more beautiful city when the sun shines?

Hard to say goodbye...

Driving to Vancouver...

We drove to Vancouver thru the wonderful changes of fall..then thru pouring rain, fog and the more pouring rain...


To spend time with our sweet Claire....Jeremy and Julie had a wonderful belated Thanksgiving dinner for us with all the trimmings..how blessed and thankful we are.

Sunrise

The last of the spectacular sunrises off our deck overlooking Mission Hill Winery..today the weather has changed..heavy overcast skies, rain in the forecast, what a brilliant Fall this had been..time to replenish the water supply and nourish the earth once again❤

The way I learn..

Visually with lots of help from my crocheting buddy Christa, YouTube and
re-reading the instructions over before I start.....still, the slipper was ripped out several times.....one done..another one on the hook!❤


This is how they should look like finished...with lots of practice I am sure mine will look like this in the future.

Crocheting

These are a few of the projects I finished off over the last few days...hoping to get another little "birdy" made for Claire before we leave on Saturday. I made the scarf for myself....I plan to wear it with my new linen tunics..I bought both patterns on line..I love to crochet and so much fun was had by me creating these...❤.......thanks to my dear buddy Christa who helped me to understand the picot shell stitch..there are over 120 picot shells on this skinny scarf❤

Okanagan Fruit...

Blessed with the best weather in the province...it is no wonder our fruit crops are exceptional..here are just a few photos of what is hanging on the trees, on the vines, in the bins ready to buy well as the last roses still giving us joy! I adore this time of the year❤
