Just before we leave, I ask Jerry our Gardner to prune
our shrubs back really hard so that
when we come back in the fall, all the plants are full and lush.
Over the past 7 years, we have always come back to a garden
that has been well tended over the summer months.
I asked Miguel to bring in some of the clipping from the Oleander tree
as well as the Arizona Yellow Bells so that I could put them
in a vase to enjoy before we leave.

Oh your flowers are beautiful ... it is hard to believe you have already been travelling there for 7 years ... I remember how your yard looked back then ... and now it is an explosion of colour and plants ... absolutely gorgeous ... !!!
