Eating well to get better..

Trying to get better each day.

Good healthy breakfasts of fresh fruit,

strawberries, blueberries, oranges and a sprinkling of

sunflower seeds over Greek yogurt.

Sorry to hear you haven't been feeling well. Must have picked up a bug while you were away but thankfully it didn't get worse. Everyone's body is different. I haven't been sick at all. But a bunch of people at school have had colds and coughs that knocked them out for weeks. A friend and her daughter and husband all had it at different times and took a while for them all to get over it. Sending healing wishes, Tammy

I love having fruit and yogurt for breakfast as well ... yours looks so yummy ... with all that fresh local fruit ... you'll be back up and running again in no time ... !!! xoxo
