A few things I have been doing....

Back in my craft room for short bursts of energy.

I am enjoying all the creative

part of crafting.

Trying to find the correct light to take good photographs.

Here are a few of the little things I have used or

made and taken photos of.

Crafting with Claire....

Claire walked into my craft room yesterday

and asked if it was a class room?

We made bracelets, as well as a necklace from

her Momma.

She painted some pictures

to give to her parents as a

gift.

Out for lunch and a quick look around the mall.

A nap and then we headed for the beach.

A perfect way to spend a few hours.

Tidying up my craft room...

With all my thrifted finds packed into the car for

tomorrow's journey to Nelson,

it was a good time to do a cleanup in the studio.

It was fun to re-arrange all my craft supplies.

I want to have everything neatly at hand

so that when Alexander is here

next week,

we can craft as much as he wants to.

You would think.....

Those of you who know me well would think I craft all day.

Well sometimes I do.

I love the creative process and having a well stocked craft room

is such a blessing.

It is thanks to my very talented husband,

Jim

that I have such a wonderful and dedicated space to craft in!

Here are a few of the things I am working on at the moment.

Or are being re-arranged.

I hope you take the time to be creative this week!

A little bit of tidying up...

Have you ever started one thing, then it became something

else?

It started by just putting a few things away.

Then you group a few things together,

a little color collection happens.

This was my day yesterday.

Here are a few shots of my day.

I love it when I make time to tidy and move my stuff

around....editing a few things along the

way.

Tidying up....

Tidying up and putting away some of

my crafting stuff for another 6 months.

Still a few last minute things to do before we head out

Thursday morning.

Sunshine and crafting...

We are enjoying this last week here in

Arizona.

Hiking, pool time and crafting.

I've been using up my yarn stash to makes some cheerful

granny squares.

I've been tidying the house up and packing up our things to take back to BC.

We have a busy week planned, doing something fun nearly every day.

Then home to BC for a wonderful summer.

Having fun

Having a place to be creative,
to play,
to just have fun,
is one of the most important ways to
stay young.
